DIRECTIONS TO OFFICE

1) DIRECTIONS COMING FROM ROUTE 95 NORTH:

Avenue. Take Exit 16 off Route 95. Exit 16 has a left and right split, take the LEFT side split. You are on Route 10. Take your first exit off Route 10. At the end of the exit, there is a traffic light. Take a right onto Reservoir Avenue. At the third traffic light, take a left. (There is a special left hand turn lane.) This is Park Avenue. Proceed to 681 Park Avenue, which will be on your left side. It is an office building, with a CVS and a Pizza Restaurant in the plaza. Office is on the second floor, Suite No. 23.

2) DIRECTIONS COMING FROM ROUTE 95 SOUTH:

Take Exit 16 off Route 95. You are on Route 10. Take your first exit off Route 10. At the end of the exit, there is a traffic light. Take a right onto Reservoir Avenue.
